1.
When you click on the signup button below, you have entered into
a binding contract with Mature Cinema Partnership Program relating
to the Terms and Conditions of our Webmaster program (herein called
"program"). We can cancel the program, or this agreement
with you, at any time, with or without prior notice as we choose.
2. We will pay you 50% (fifty percent)
of Net Revenues. "Net Revenues" are total monies paid
for subscription to www.maturecinema.com by the consumer whom
you send to that site, less any chargebacks. Payment will be made
by check in US Dollars. Checks over $25 dollars paid to partners
weekly. Balances below $25 are forwarded to the next pay check.
Checks are mailed out to partners once a week on Wednesdays. The
pay periods are from Monday thru Sunday of each week. There is
a one-week delay in sending partner checks.
3. You will be paid directly by CCBill,
a third party processer. Your real-time accounting information
can be accessed using your current ID and password HERE
. We may change the payout rate on 72 hours' notice and request
that you accept or reject. If you reject, or do nothing, you will
be terminated immediately and paid out. On termination for any
reason, we will have up to sixty (60) days to issue a final statement
trueing up all applicable costs and charges. Our decision on the
revenues, charges, and other deductions to your statement is final.
4. Only one account per corporation/company/organization,
unless written request is granted for more.
5. We may refuse to admit applicants
into the program for any reason, not limited to the content of
his/her website, at our sole discretion.
6. If we elect to cancel either this
program or this contract with you, you will be paid through the
moment of termination, unless not entitled for one or more of
the reasons listed below:
A. Improper Content
Sending links or hits from Sites or URL's which contain,
promote, or link to any of the following will result in immediate
cancellation of your account, banishment from any further participation
in the program and forfeiture of all funds accrued or owing: bestiality,
child pornography (under any state or federal law). Our decision
on these matters is final and binding on you.
B. Unaccepted Countries
We do no accept webmasters from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan,
Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic,
Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan,
Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan,
Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Romania,
Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan,
Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates,
Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia.
7. By clicking on the sign up link
at the top of this page to return to the signup form, you represent,
warrant and agree that:
1. You are
at least 18 years of age and legally empowered in your jurisdiction
to enter into contracts.
2. If you are acting on behalf of a corporation
or other business entity, that it is a valid entity lawfully doing
business in its jurisdiction and that you are duly authorized
to enter into this agreement on its behalf.
3. You have carefully read and agree
to all the terms, conditions and rules set forth in this submission,
and to any other policies, rules or conditions which Mature Cinema.com
may notify you of from time to time.
